Dylan Ward is mid-western born writer, who grew up in the north and the south, He holds a BA in Film Studies from North Carolina State University, a unique program that allowed the study of literature and film. He writes fiction, short stories, screenplays, reviews and essays.
In 2014, his first book was published, Behind the Story of The Goldfinch, a book companion that examines the private life of bestselling author, Donna Tartt, and the inspiration behind her Pulitzer Prize winning novel, The Goldfinch. He is included in Dadly Dads: Parents of the 21st Century, a coffee table book featuring modern-day dads from around the world.
He continues to pursue the writing life each day, with several projects in the works. A voracious reader, he loves books, quality films, and excellent coffee. He enjoys traveling and spends time in New York and Florida. Currently, he resides in North Carolina with his family.
